Orders – Keeping it simple!
To place your order ring our experienced operators on 1300 663 979 and have your Bankcard, VISA or MasterCard details at hand. Yes, we also accept cheques and even cash on delivery (COD).

Free delivery – Right to you door!
BOX$MART is a delivery, retrieval and recycling service that comes direct to you. We keep our prices low by not having the expense of shopfront premises.

Our free* delivery and pick up area covers greater Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, The Blue Mountains and the NSW Central Coast Monday to Friday. Same day delivery can be arranged when you order before 9:30am, otherwise delivery is overnight.

Our inexpensive VIP and after hours delivery service guarantees you receive your order within 4 hours across the Sydney metropolitan area.

If you choose to pay COD please put your cheque or cash into an envelope clearly marked BOX$MART and hand it to the driver on receipt of your tax invoice.

Hire Period – No rush no stress!
Take your time packing, and unpack at your leisure with our extended 60-day rental period. Even longer hire periods can be arranged.

Yes we also sell boxes if you want to keep them for storage, moving interstate or overseas.

Knowing some basic packing techniques will make your life just a little easier. See our ‘Packing Tips’ page where our straightforward directions will make your carton packing simple.

Free pick up – As soon as you are ready!
Once you are unpacked simply ring or e-mail to arrange a convenient time for your boxes free* collection. You may also choose to keep some cartons for storage and forfeit your deposit.

Deposit refund - No hassle reimbursement!
Promptly following your cartons retrieval you will receive a cheque and documented reconciliation of your reimbursed deposit.
